2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide by completing the newsletter form (name and email) and the data automatically generated by navigation (IP address, device type, browser, pages visited and session duration) through cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is used to: (a) send updates about projects and content related to real estate crowdlending in Argentina; (b) analyse site usage and improve its content; (c) comply with legal obligations; (d) respond to enquiries.
4. Legal basis
Processing is carried out based on your free, express and informed consent, in accordance with National Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic and Disposition 60/2016 of the AAIP.
5. Retention
Data will be retained as long as your subscription to the newsletter is active or until you request to unsubscribe. Navigation data is retained for a maximum period of twenty-four (24) months.

The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the supervisory body of Law No. 25,326, is empowered to receive complaints and claims.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration or loss, including in-transit encryption and internal access controls.
