Qervonta operates within the applicable Argentine regulatory framework, including Law 27,349 on Entrepreneurial Capital Support and the Collective Financing Platform (PFC) regime regulated by the National Securities Commission (CNV), registration No. 47/2024.

The content, brands, names, logos, texts, photographs and graphic elements of the site are the property of Qervonta S.R.L. or its licensors. Total or partial reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
7. Permitted use
You agree to use the site lawfully, without affecting its operation, without unauthorised automated access and without using it to distribute unlawful content or content from third parties without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Argentine law, Qervonta S.R.L. shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or losses arising from the use or inability to use the site.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may apply.
